I have windows vista. Okay so a week ago, i downloaded civilization 4 and so i tried playing multiplayer, then internet game. Once, i opened my account it said i needed to download Patch_174 to use online multiplayer, so i download the patch and it tells me to 'close the download window and close the game and install.' So i hit okay and it closes. NOTHING HAPPENS! So i try redownloading it several times and the same thing keeps happening.
