We have a pretty prominent DB NPC in our group. He has the basic writeup with some adjustments from the antagonist section, and I kinda pick and choose from the other DB charms to re skin for the Air aspect or what have you. Very not hard.

You have enough to make a functional NPC, and as an ST, if you ever want them to just kinda. Have an ability, you don't ever need to write or mention the name or anything, you just know what it does.
