The contest is open to designers, manufacturers, students, power users, and newbies from around the world. The Gemvision Design Contest winners will be announced at a special awards dinner gala held on Wednesday, April 9th as part of the 2014 Gemvision Design Symposium in Davenport, IA. Models from Matrix may NOT be imported from the contest entrants Matrix model library. • Contestants may only submit their entries once, and subsequent submissions of the same design, whether in an attempt to modify or replace the original submission, will be disqualified. • No more than two (2) entries per person will be allowed.

With each entry, a maximum of three (3) renders of the design (in order to more fully explain the design) will be accepted. • Matrix Design Contest: The Matrix.3dm file will be required to be compressed using Win-RAR and submitted with each entry. This model will only be used for inspection or possible re-render of your design. It will not be shared or manufactured ever without express consent.

• CounterSketch Studio Design Contest: The CounterSketch Studio.csg file will be required. If the file is too large to upload, it may be compressed using Win-RAR and submitted with each entry. • Gemvision retains the right to use the renders from the attached models for promotional purposes of Gemvision, Matrix, and CounterSKetch Studio. • The only acceptable file format for renders is a high quality JPEG.

Pixel resolution for each render must be set to either a minimum of 1440 x 1440 pixels as a square format or 1920 x 1080 pixels as a widescreen format. You may submit larger renders as long as the file sizes don't prevent you from emailing them. Submissions that don’t meet the minimum size and format requirement will be disqualified.
