Actually, I originally thought that was the startup sound for the final version of Vista, so that's something. So that's not the beta sound. Instead, it was included with Vista Transformation Pack, then someone presumably decided to screw with people and see if they could fool them into thinking that it was the Vista beta startup sound. Either that or they thought it themselves and wanted to share it with people.
